SALARY GRIDS

CLICK HERE for the salary grids that reflect the salary increases in the six-year collective agreement (July 1, 2013
to June 30, 2019) between the BCTF and BCPSEA: 2.0%, effective September 1, 2014; 1.25%,
effective January 1, 2015; 0.45% ESD effective May 1, 2016; 1.0%, effective July 1, 2016,
0.35% ESD effective May 1, 2017, 0.5%, effective July 1, 2017; 1% and 0.4% ESD effective May 1, 2018;
and 0.5% effective July 1, 2018

TTOC PAY RATE

ARTICLE B.2.6   TEACHER TEACHING ON CALL PAY (2014-2019)

1.  Rate of Pay:

a.  An Employee who is employed as a teacher teaching on call shall be paid 1/189 of his/her category classification and experience, to a maximum of the rate at Category 5 Step 7, for each full day worked.

b.  Effective July 1, 2016, an Employee who is employed as a teacher teaching on call shall be paid 1/189 of his/her category classification and experience to a maximum of the rate at Category 5 Step 8, for each full day worked.
