The 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence is an annual international campaign, occurring from November 25 to December 10. The key dates are:
- November 25: International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women
- December 6: National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women
- December 10: Human Rights Day
We encourage VSTA members to wear a White Ribbon during the 16 Days as a pledge “never to commit, condone, or remain silent about violence against women”. You can also find an awareness and education toolkit here.
