    • PM: Drawing on analytical toolbox – dealing with difficult issues
  • Wednesday, October 21 –
    • AM: Professional boundaries
    • PM: Assertive communication
  • Thursday, October 22
    • AM: Role of Staff Rep
    • PM: Violence prevention & worker safety plans
