The election of the Executive Committee for 2024-2025 will take place at the VSTA AGM on May 27th. We will need three scrutineers and two alternates.

If more than five members apply, the nominating committee will draw names to fill the positions.
Criteria to be a scrutineer:
– Must be available for a half day dry run session on Thursday, May 23rd, 2024
– Not running for the 2024-2025 election
– Not a member of nominating committee
– Must be available to attend the VSTA AGM in person at the VSTA office:
